Day 19: Schmorgasborg paninis.
Named for the array of ingredients I used. I used the recipe from last time as a base but made modifications. Out with the suggested spread; used the one from last night, but added an extra couple tablespoons of mayo and a couple tablespoons of grated parmesan. Wheat was my bread of choice. Just put on the spread and added some turkey, tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella. Sweet, savory, and super delicious.
